We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to be deployed at our customer’s location in Mumbai, supporting their Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools. This role involves analysing sales data, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to identify trends and insights.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize menu offerings, marketing campaigns, and operational efficiency.

Work with Point of Sale (POS) data and other restaurant-related data sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Utilize Discover product to demonstrate its effectiveness compared to the customer’s existing tools.

Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to the audit team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,Quicksight).

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and key performance metrics.

Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.

Speaking proficiency in Hindi.
